CANCELLED BRIEFING SESSION – DUE TO LACK OF REPRESENTATION, BRIEFING SESSION IS CANCELLED
The City is in receipt of an application for 185–195 Commonwealth (DA25-0711) to install a pylon sign in the front yard setback of C & C Cycle in the Commercial Mixed zone (CM). The proposal is subject to Regulations 4.5 and 4.17, requiring Discretionary powers of Council and public notice.
A briefing session will be held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM at City Hall to discuss this proposal.
Prior to making their decision, Council invites comments in writing no later than 12:00 NOON, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2025. Comments received will form part of the public record. Any identifying information, including names, will be removed prior to comments being publicly released. If no comments are received, the briefing session will be cancelled.
